David Lavi founded The Lavi Firm, P.C., with the goal of providing counsel in the area of family law to people from all walks of life. As the founder and managing attorney of the firm, located in Beverly Hills, California, he endeavors to reach amicable settlements for his clients whenever possible but will vigorously pursue litigation when necessary.
In his family law practice, Mr. Lavi represents clients throughout the Southern California region in matters involving divorce, property division, alimony, divorce tax planning, child custody and visitation, child support, grandparents' rights, cohabitation agreements, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and domestic violence issues. He also handles commercial litigation and business transactions for small and medium-sized companies in the area.
Mr. Lavi received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he participated in a variety of student organizations. He subsequently attended Abraham Lincoln University School of Law and was admitted to practice in California in 2011. Before founding his own firm, Mr. Lavi gained experience with multiple Southern California family law firms, where he learned the importance of understanding the specifics of each case and recognizing the needs of each individual client.
