Gina was named 2003 “Personal Trainer of the Year” by the NSCA for her proven expertise and experience in weight training, advanced program design, nutrition, weight management and current fitness trends. An honors graduate from the University of Pennsylvania in Dental Hygiene/Health Science, Gina holds certifications in personal training from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the University of Southern California at Los Angeles and has achieved certificates in Post-Rehabilitation Conditioning and Weight Management.
She is also an accomplished stunt woman and is proficient in kickboxing, boxing, weight lifting, rock climbing, mountain biking and many other sports. However, her most important role is wife to Actor/Producer Kevin Sizemore and extremely proud mother of their 16 year-old son, Gunnar.

Laura Kaeppeler is a former Miss America and nationally known performer, inspirational speaker, proud Midwesterner and tireless advocate for at-risk youth.
In 2012, Laura became the 86th woman to be named Miss America and the second from the state of Wisconsin. In this role, Laura proudly traveled the nation as the Goodwill Ambassador for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and worked with The United States Military and the USO.
One of Laura’s passions is her work with organizations that advocate for children of incarcerated parents such as The American Correctional Association, Brothers Big Sisters, The Boys and Girls Club of America, Camp Bob, Kon-necting Services, Operation Open Arms, Prison Fellowship Ministries, Project Avery, The Seedling Foundation and the U.S. Dream Academy, to name a few.
For her advocacy work, Laura has been honored by several prestigious organizations. She was the recipient of the Courage Award from The CarePlus Foundation, an organization that supports the innovative and life-changing programs and services for in-need adults, and the Thomas Mott Osborne Medal from The Osbourne Association, a group that creates opportunities for people affected by the criminal justice system.
Laura has been featured on many talk shows and in countless publications, making her an expert media personality. She is currently co-host of the podcast Health Interrupted, with wellness and fitness expert Gina Lombardi.
An acclaimed classical vocalist, Laura has been a featured soloist with orchestras across the country and has performed the National Anthem at numerous sold-out venues, including Angel Stadium, Lambeau Field, Miller Park, Wrigley Field and Yankee Stadium. In addition, she has experience as a recording artist.
She has served as the brand ambassador for high-profile companies and organizations such as Amway, Express, Joseph Ribkoff, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, WEN Hair Care, and the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in Music and Vocal Performance from Wisconsin’s Carthage College. She continues to perform across the country and travel as a speaker and spokesperson for mentoring programs that advocate for at-risk youth.
She is a devoted wife and her greatest role is mother to her two young sons, Ben and George.
