Simon Gowen is a reporter for the ITU and age group athlete who won a silver medal in his age division at the ITU World Championships in Vancouver 2008.
Simon loves the sprint distance and was first overall at the Strawberry Fields Sprint Triathlon in 2009 at age 41.
He coaches sprint distance triathlon and is an expert in race psychology and weight loss for triathlon.
